Role Debut as Clairon in Strauss’s Capriccio at Santa Fe Opera

Untitled design (2)Susan returns to Santa Fe Opera for her debut performances as the actress Clairon in Capriccio, Richard Strauss’s “Conversation Piece for Music”, under the baton of Leo Hussain and the direction of Tim Albery. Amanda Majeski sings the role of the sophisticated Countess Madeleine; her suitors Flamand and Olivier are sung by Ben Bliss and Joshua Hopkins, respectively. Bass-baritone David Govertsen portrays the theater director La Roche.
